Brisket

Our brisket goes through a 8 hour process. We prep our brisket with a family secret seasoning and let it fridge for a few hours. Once we take it to our grill, which is set at 200 degrees, we cook it for about 45 mins. After that, we bring up the heat and smoke it for 1 hour. Finally, we bring it straight to the cutting board and serve it hot.
